Back in February Michael McDowell was telling us all about the difference between conviction politics and auction politics.  This morning according to the RTE Radio Headlines he brings us the end of Stamp duty – immediately after the election and terms and conditions will apply no doubt.  (Link will be inserted later) Not that he has a chance in hell of being in a position to implement it…does he?  Bovvered Michael??
