I think it’s more likely that your password has been stolen — first off, check the Settings page and ensure there’s no forwarding Filters set up that you didn’t put there; then change the password and do virus scans…

I knew there was something up straight off, with the inappropriate capitalisation, the misplaced punctuation and the reference to “my dear friend”. It is kinda nice that spammers don’t actually write content that looks like real text.
