You would think that a politician from Kerry, of all counties, would know how the name of the the GAA’s premier trophy is spelt.

Interesting night when Jackie got elected – he asked the gardai present not to prosecute anyone drink driving on their way home from his shindig.
Nor did they, to my knowledge.
He’s also a great man for the expenses, despite being entitled to free rail travel (and taking the train when claiming mileage.)
Likely to retire shortly, but fear not, there’s two Healy Rae juniors waiting to keep the bandwagon rolling.
