Maman, hence my suggestion that some lado be encouraged to claim to the garda that Lynn assaulted him. Then we’d be able to nick him. I’ve been watching that Life on Mars; there are some great police techniques we could apply.

I wonder what would happen if he were kidnapped and brought back to the territory and then released, say, just outside a Garda station. (It has been alleged that some of the people who were tried at the Yugoslave trbunal at the Hague ended up there through similar a process.)

There are as yet no criminal charges against Michael Lynn hence there is no official tail/wanted posters/interpol action etc.

Whatever happened to the old police idea of putting a tail on someone? I mean it used to work like gangbusters in the Rockford Files and Mannix, in those days they would get some lado to claim Lynn assaulted him, then simply tail Mrs. Lynn and nick Michael himself once they met up, and let the lado drop his claim later on or can our lads not arrest him?
