There are no criminal charges filed in the Lynn case and I don’t think there’s even a criminal investigation either. I know that today Deutsche Bank was looking at blog items I’ve written about Michael Lynn, for what that may be worth.
I’m aware of the status of the case – incredulous at the lack of speed and indeed lack of interest from the banks to do anything legal/criminal on the matter.
Yes Bernie the traffic on this matter is huge and the sources extremely interesting. I have had several contacts off the blog from media and business sources about the information contained in some of my posts – more external contact on this issue than on any other I have written about.
The traffic from the legal profession in particular is fascinating!
