Maybe Bertie and Tim’s slush fund?
Just to clarify or perhaps confuse people even more my understanding from what I’ve been reading (all in the public domain) is that the BT account isn’t the famous St Luke’s account in which some dollar donations were paid and which was created specifically for the upkeep of the St. Luke’s building.
St. Luke’s is a very attractive building I have to say. We can but wonder if some other buildings around Dublin had had so many bank accounts dedicated to their upkeep with such quantities of cash in them how much better might much of the city look.
