Getting ready for blogging the awards tonight and I now know it’s all NTL users who cannot read blogger/blogspot blogs and not just me. All those blog awards nominees who use blogger can’t be read by me. And what are NTL doing about it??

I’ve been trying since Wednesday to speak to somebody in technical support beyond the kids they have manning the phones. I’ve been promised a call back countless times, I’ve sent emails and so far they have done fuck all.
Their idea of customer service is a fucking disgrace.
