		<description>I would be surprised if the timing of the CSO releases is in any way an attempt to reduce the chances of citizens noticing them. The CSO produces so much information (and a large dollop of it is required by EU law) that they have a schedule set out well in advance. That includes cyclical dates for regular trade and economic data.</description>
