		<description>I just reread this. Why exactly is the issue of pensions being mentioned here? Are the Iona institute suggesting that companies should be allow pay less towards a pension for an employee in a civil partnership and that the law should protect this?</description>

		<description>Iona doesn&#039;t seem to have noticed that there&#039;s already a conscientious objector clause in employment law. It&#039;s called the &#039;nobody&#039;s making you do this&#039; clause. If a person feel that their prejudice against &lt;i&gt;teh gays&lt;/i&gt; makes the bouquets all go sour, then, since they&#039;re not a slave, they can - get this - go get another job.</description>
