What’s the story on a florist amendment? I emailed committee members and TDs, heard back from Labour and FG (against it) but haven’t heard back from any FFers or Greens though @EamonRyan never (or maybe rarely) replies to emails so not much significance to that necessarily. Any news on whether it’s even being considered as an amendment?

any updates from today? i have been scouring the government website but no info on what happened. will it be passed before easter recess?
Hi,
just wondering what you think of section 169-192 of the bill dealing with cohabitants?
Is it ok for all cohabitants to be subject to what amounts to failed marriage laws after living with someone for 3 years, whereby either party can chase the other through the courts for maintenance, property & pension rights even though nobody signed up to it initially?
Jackie – Committee stage will continue – we’re not sure when yet – the bill will not be passed the Dáil before Easter and then it’s on to the Seanad. You can catch some coverage on the liveblog and you can also keep an eye here when the proceedings will be published.
Rolly1 – You can optout of the redress schemes
