David is a breath of fresh air in a town otherwise dominated by the truly dodgy alleged Dail groper, Ned O Keefe, who refuses to represent some of constituents (http://www.irishexaminer.com/ireland/td-tells-parents-i-wont-help-you-as-you-didnt-vote-for-me-95639.html). He is a good rep in a fair kind of way.
