The advised minimum value on one of 5 properties owned by Michael Lynn (and co-owned by his wife Brid Murphy) in Sandymount was €1.85 million. There was no response from the auction floor this afternoon to an opening bid suggestion from Lisney’s of €1.7 million. The property was withdrawn from the auction and it may well be sold by private treaty in the coming weeks.
