Imagine this (not so) fairytale. MJ is an academic engaged in a disciplinary procedure, which is on it’s way to the Labour Court. The story gets leaked somehow (I see those innocent eyes…) and then the rest of the documentation relating to the 6 month enquiry are quickly leaked. MJ then agrees (even though the matter is going to a court for hearing) to do media interviews on the matter, tweet, comment on blogs etc. All this in the knowledge that the other party won’t be commenting on the matter.
