I saw both of these in the cinema the other night. Got a good laugh out of rising my Daily Mail-reading cousin who was over from London. They were probably more entertaining than the boring Taking Of Pelham 1 2 3. Avoid.
Jesus Christ.
“This European Union thingy” as if it was a brand new idea that nobody had ever heard of.
What is European Union thingy doing for you? Talking to me like I’m 5.
they should suggest the eu is raising standards rather then lowering them
Catchy to say the least.
they’ve launched a website too.

ok Jkil did you mean ‘we’ve launched a website’ rather than they? Just checking for transparency!
Is this seperate organisation from the European Commission or comes from them?
funded by EC office in Ireland and run out by a PR group etc – am getting more info!
Yup,
As admin said.
Our website went live last week, and the events will be running for the next 9 months or so.

Patronising and pathetic sprung to mind when i saw these in the cinema. like something for school children. ‘down with the kids’ ain’t ‘down with the kids.
ads made by middle aged people aimed at the yoof. cringe inducing, and with 44 days to go a little suspicoulsy timed.
the idea was good. the execution and timing awful.
I’m with 20 Major on this… what a load of patronising crap those ads are.
I think you guys are missing the point of the ads, I looked at the website, it seems they are trying to promote knowlege of the European Union with young people, not necessarily voters.
I think the add is good, basic but good.
