Less of the anti-German diatribe and vilification of the evil Hun. It was our home-grown idiots who signed away our children’s birthright. The average German in the street has nothing whatsoever to do with the deal struck by the powers that be, and would – given the opportunity – choose to exit the Euro in a hurry. I agree that we as a people are way to docile, but I wouldn’t want to see anarchy as in Greece. I would much rather have a couple of elected politicians with liathroidi play hardball with the troika. Alternatively. be sure, be very sure, what you wish for. The pain involved in disorderly default a la Iceland could prove too much for the average person in the street.

Perhaps it should be a German politician doing the slapping with an Irish one taking over three days a week
Does this video mean the Germans are slappers?
