Tonight you get a chance to ask questions of the EU commissioner in charge of how the EU talks to it’s citizens. Margot Wallström is Vice President of the European Commission in charge of Institutional Relations and Communication since August 2004. She is currently visiting Dublin and tonight will be interviewed by Ursula Halligan at a meeting hosted by the European Movement.
EUIreland.tv will broadcast the interview online between 8 and 10pm and they are taking questions. EUIreland.tv is a new initiative which will broadcast live events on the EU as they take place in Ireland and also have webcasts available to access later.
I wonder how the Commissioner foresees the first six months of 2009 under the presidency of Václav Klaus.
