Deirdre De Burca’s Resignation

Great Letter and interesting timing given the chickenfeed passed to me yesterday.
I’m out of the country for the weekend…I don’t think we’ve seen the last of this ‘cos this is not about Brussels. Cheques and balances.
Now the last person I want to sound like is Guido so I’ll hop it (though his bank balance might not be pass upable..)
Cheques and balances? Hmmmmm…?
I think this is entirely about Brussels. Though I do always leave myself open to ridicule. Though I have to ask myself “Why would you want to work with Geoghan-Quinn?” 100k a year wouldn’t even make me ponder working for her. FF ugh.
Mary Whites letter is interesting and in my opinion much closer to true than anything deBurca has written – If Deirdre felt as strongly as she tries to make out – she would have walked long ago – I feel sorry for the parliamentary greens to have been so naive about her
*cough
I’ll try again now
This is exciting me
