The Tánaiste and the way she might laugh at you

Have you noticed? Mary Coughlan has a giggling problem.  She did it twice last night on Questions and Answers and has done it on numerous occassions when she takes questions in Dáil Eireann.

It’s not a funny ha ha laugh – it’s a nervous laugh at something you can’t agree with or even a nasty laugh if someone is saying something that’s a bit too near the knuckle.

Someone needs to teach her how to nod or something.
